Community Suppers

Offering a home-cooked dinner and uplifting conversation every Wednesday evening throughout the year, beginning at 5:30pm at St. Peters Rectory Located at 505 Main St. Spotswood, NJ 08884

An alliance of faith communities. Alice's CUP services more than 340 hungry families every month and is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 

9:30am-11:30am and from 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Backyard Gardens 

Seasonal In-Gatherings

Collecting school supplies during the back-to-school summer rush for students in need; providing baked goods and side dishes for COHM's annual Thanksgiving Eve meal and service; and sourcing "Giving Tree" gifts from local donors for distribution at COHM's annual Community Supper Christmas Party.

Local faith communities and household "backyard gardeners" growing fresh  produce for Alice's CUP and the community supper. The Partner Gardens are located at St. Peters Episcopal Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, Spotswood Reformed Church, Immaculate Conception and Backyard gardens generous neighbors who share their extra bounty.

SERVICE WITH SMALL STEPS LEADING TO GREATER COMMON GOOD IS WHAT MAKES COHM AN EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATION.

From picking weeds in a COHM garden to assting our guests at Alice's CUP, there is framework in place for everyone - boomers and boyscouts, grandparents and girl scouts, students and senior executives, family and friends regardless of time or talent to contribute and make a real difference in the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors.

In the last five years, COHM has grown literally tons of food, fed over 90,000 hungry neighbors and has given hundreds of people, young and old, the opportunity to serve their community. Imagine what we can accomplish with your help
